For a while after my declutter challenge, I was really great about not scrolling through my phone as soon as I woke up. Temporarily I got back into the habit of checking the news and that always seemed to put me in a bad mood. In search of a little positivity, I adjusted my screen time to include some guided mediation and some Instagram accounts that without a doubt made me smile.
Then there are those times you need a jolt after your 3 pm work meeting – that totally could have been an email. So here are 10 Instagram accounts for when you need a little positivity in your life.

Will Smith joined Instagram in in December 2017 and now has close to 23 million followers. He’s funny (uh, Fresh Prince, hello). He reminds people about true love. Also, Will gives amazing pep talks and supports good causes – making him a favorite of mine to follow.

I’m not sure how I stumbled on this account of party ideas and DIYs, but it’s the most colorful, happy feed and I love it!

These are such great accounts! I LOVE Oh Happy Day, everything they create it amazing. Also, Rupi’s poetry is so beautiful – but I had no idea Will Smith had an account! He’s so unique, I’ll definitely have to give him a follow.

I would love to be able to share some accounts too, but I am relatively new to Instagram and still really haven’t figured it out. But I love these and will certainly follow a few. You can never have enough positivity in your life.
