Leopard is a Neutral, Right?

Let’s remove the question. Leopard print is the new neutral. How could it not be? It’s a combination of the two most iconic neutral colors, black and brown. Leopard print is still loud, but it can be worn tastefully and even professionally. I would just avoid going full Cookie Lyon, or do it – it’s your world squirrel.

Style is the only thing you can’t buy. It’s not in a shopping bag, a label, or a price tag. It’s something reflected from our soul to the outside world—an emotion.”—Alber Elbaz

So how am I rocking it?

On a birthday trip I paired this skirt I found at AmItooOldToBeShoppingHere Forever21 with a graphic tee and sneakers for an easy, but chic summer outfit. Like the chicken, the weather in Nashville was hot. However, I managed to stay cool and picture-ready in this outfit. However, you could easily dress up a skirt like this with a v-neck and sandals. I plan on transitioning this skirt into fall by layering a sweater over it.
